Røros Tweed Lynild Wool Blanket

Lynild is Norwegian for «fire stitch» – a textile pattern that reaches all the way back to medieval times. Anderssen & Voll is reviving this traditional pattern with vibrant gradients in a pattern inspired by mountain landscapes. The Lynild series was first launched in 2012 and this year we wanted to add new colours to an old favourite. When first launching the series the inspiration for the colour palette was from racing and sportswear. This time the designers Anderssen & Voll had a more toned down approach to the colour setting, resulting in the two new colour versions, sage green and sky blue.
