EASY RETURNS:

1) Order Number

2) Date of Purchase

3) Exact items to be returned

4) Reason for return

We will reply to your email with a prepaid return label with 1 business day. 

When we receive your return, we will refund you the balance of your return less the cost of the USPS label. 

Alternatively, you may ship your return in any manner you choose to: Sweater Chalet 4344 Latin Ln. Columbus OH 43220. 

If you need a different size or color exchange right away, please place another order for the item you would like and we will refund you when we receive your return. If you are willing to wait, please send a note with the item you would like and we will ship your exchange as soon as we are able to do so.  

International customers must generate their own return shipments using their local customs declarations.

Return Exceptions: Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Returned merchandise must be in its original unused condition with all original bags and tags.

Returns must be made within 30 days of when the order was received.

Please look out for our email with a return shipping label. Print it out and place it on your parcel. You may leave it in your mailbox for pickup or drop it off at any post pick up location.
